The Beginning

We opened our first store in Moortown in the wonderful city of Leeds in January 1987. The long queues forming outside the small store was an indication that customers loved our concept and foods and from there, we never looked back.
The original store was less than 200 sq.ft, but the reputation soon spread across the north of England and beyond. We were voted Best Sandwiches in Leeds by a Yorkshire Post panel of judges, beating famous names like M&S. Catering services followed, offering our customers a wide range of imaginative foods for corporate and private events.

The Middle

The following years have been dedicated to the development of our wholesale bagel factory, making it one of Europes best known producers for its superior products and originality. We supply our bagels to quality retailers and food service operators including very well known global brands and bagel bars across the world.

In 2003, we took the decision to expand our retail operations, opening two more company owned stores in Leeds followed by four more stores in 2006 and our first franchised branch in London.

We have set ourselves a target to spread the love of bagels around the globe!
