Our Bagels

Our bagels are lovingly produced by our wonderful craft bakers using only the finest natural ingredients. They are the most authentic bagels around and considered to be the best in Europe. We believe that they are the finest bagels youll ever find! Trust us weve looked!

We make them to our original recipes in over 26 exciting flavours using a special blend of imported Canadian flour, which is the strongest wheat you can find, giving a high protein flour that is essential to making the finest bagel.

We allow our bagels to ferment nice and slowly over a 24hr process which allows the dough to develop its distinctive aromas and unique texture. We make a really stiff dough that is hand cut by the best hands in the business and loaded onto our bagel rolling lines.

Production

We do not make anything else apart from bagels (nothing else is quite as fun) and can tailor make them to your specifications. They come as lightly baked or part baked with a 12 month shelf life. We also produce frozen bagel dough rings with a 3 month shelf life.

Our production operates a HACCP system and is accredited to a BRC Global Standard (Higher Level). We have strict safety and quality controls to ensure you receive the best product possible.

Our bagels are shipped frozen by the pallet or container load to any destination worldwide.
